What is DPC?
Direct Primary Care (DPC) is a predictable monthly membership for ongoing care with your regular provider. Memberships start at $79 per adult/month and include unlimited in-person or virtual visits for included services, with no co-pays. Think of it as a membership for your health: a continuing relationship, not a charge for every conversation.
How is it different?
The emphasis is on continuity and room for conversation, whether you meet in person or through an appropriate virtual visit. The membership is HSA and FSA eligible. It is not health insurance and does not replace coverage for hospital care, specialists, or services outside the membership; confirm your individual account and tax requirements with your administrator.
How does membership fit?
The Personal Primary Care Membership, starting at $79 per adult/month, pairs a dedicated relationship with Melissa with unlimited family telehealth. The $19.99 Unlimited Family Telehealth plan on its own is virtual access, not an ongoing primary-care relationship.

In-person relationship care happens at our Hurst location on Fridays and Saturdays, a short drive for Keller, Colleyville, Southlake, Grapevine, Westlake, and Trophy Club. Haslet and North Fort Worth/Alliance are Presence’s home community, served through virtual care and visits in Hurst. People in neighboring Mid-Cities communities, as well as families toward Justin, Rhome, and the Wise County border, can ask about care options and availability.
Office and appropriate virtual visits can help keep the relationship connected. Home visits are considered based on individual needs and availability, not offered as a blanket guarantee.
Your primary care should not end when an office closes. Both memberships include 24/7/365 family telehealth through the licensed provider network. Personal Primary Care adds a dedicated adult primary-care relationship with Melissa.
