For pediatric patients who are not eligible for Presence one-time individual visits, virtual care is available through the Whole Family Virtual Care membership. The family membership is designed to provide ongoing access and continuity rather than a one-time pediatric encounter.

Quick Online Care is an online review for eligible straightforward concerns without a scheduled live appointment. You complete an intake for provider review. The provider may recommend phone, video or in-person care when that is clinically appropriate.
Quick Online Care begins with an online intake and provider review. A Virtual Video Visit is a scheduled face-to-face conversation for one concern. Choose video when a live visual conversation would be more useful, or let us help guide you.
A licensed provider may send a prescription to your preferred pharmacy when it is medically appropriate and permitted by law. Prescriptions are never guaranteed.
Routine refill requests may be eligible for Quick Online Care. Some medications or health conditions require a live visit, current testing or in-person evaluation. Controlled substances are not available through this service.
A provider may issue a note when supported by the clinical evaluation. A note is not guaranteed and cannot be backdated or issued without an appropriate review.
Presence accepts HSA and FSA payment cards for eligible services. Your plan administrator determines whether a particular expense qualifies.
Eligible services may be available through participating commercial insurance plans. Coverage and participation must be verified before care; self-pay remains available without insurance.
Medicare patients can request coverage verification for eligible services. Benefits, provider participation and patient responsibility must be confirmed before scheduling.
One-time individual visits are available for ages 13 and older. Younger children may access pediatric virtual care through the Whole Family Virtual Care membership, subject to clinical eligibility and service availability.
It includes unlimited eligible virtual-care visits for the household, pediatric and adult virtual care, no copays for included virtual-care services, and day-or-night access through the applicable virtual-care network.
The Whole Family Virtual Care offer shown here is $19.99 per month for the household, plus a one-time $39.99 registration and enrollment fee. A 12-month membership is required and billed monthly.

When a previous Presence provider is available during their scheduled hours, you may request them for a future appointment. Same-provider availability is not guaranteed, and a next-available provider remains an option.
Yes. You may choose the next available provider or request a different available provider when scheduling options allow.
Your provider may recommend a phone, video, in-person, urgent or emergency evaluation based on clinical need. When Presence upgrades your paid virtual visit, the amount already paid is applied toward the upgraded visit.
Yes, a provider may order clinically appropriate laboratory testing. Testing is completed through participating laboratories, and separate lab charges may apply.
Mobile blood-draw service may be available in select areas for an additional charge. Availability depends on location, the requested testing and the participating service.
A provider may order clinically appropriate imaging such as X-rays, ultrasound, CT or MRI. Availability and pricing vary by facility and service.
