2. Clinical onboarding
A one-time $49 clinical onboarding and medical history review so your provider knows your conditions, medications and goals before your first visit.
3. Use virtual care anytime
Reach a licensed provider by phone or video, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Included visits carry no copay.
4. Add local care when needed
Schedule in-person primary care with your local Presence provider. $129 per in-office visit on the $19.99 plan, 2 included a year then $99 each on the $29.99 plan, and no per-visit charge on Unlimited plans.
What happens after you enroll
- You receive confirmation and instructions for reaching virtual care.
- Your onboarding review is scheduled so your record isn't blank at 2am.
- Labs, imaging or medications, if needed, are ordered at member pricing.
- Membership is billed monthly on a 12-month membership commitment.
