Confirm pricing and start date
Pricing is a fixed monthly amount per covered person. Request a quote on Employer Plans.
Send the roster
Names and emails. No medical questionnaires, no waiting period, no underwriting.
Announce it properly
One short message covering what it is, what it is not, how to reach a provider, and that there is no per-visit bill for included care.
Prompt the first use
Encourage everyone to complete one intake or preventive visit in the first month. First use is what turns a policy into a habit.

What to watch after launch
- Share of employees who have had at least one contact in 60 days.
- Whether employees are reaching the provider directly rather than asking HR.
- Whether households enrolled, where household coverage was offered.
- Anecdotes about avoided urgent care trips — the qualitative signal usually arrives before anything measurable.
