This tool decides which service fits a situation. It does not assess symptoms, give a diagnosis or recommend treatment. In an emergency call 911.

a serious injury, a head injury, or a possible broken bone

Presence in-person primary care is for ages 13+ in Dallas–Fort Worth. Younger children are seen virtually through Whole Family network care and referred to a participating paediatric partner for hands-on care.
