Virtual Care Information: summary
Virtual visits are appropriate for many routine and everyday health needs. Some conditions require hands-on examination, in-person testing or imaging before they can be evaluated or treated.
If your provider determines that in-person evaluation is necessary, you will be directed to local Presence primary care or to an appropriate in-person setting.
