This is care that gives you time: time to be heard, time to ask questions and time to leave with a plan you understand. You are welcomed as you are and cared for with dignity.
Because your medical history was reviewed during onboarding, the appointment does not open with a clipboard. It opens with a conversation. Vitals, exam, the concern that brought you in, and then the part traditional visits usually skip: what we are watching over the next year and what you should do if something changes before your next visit.
Before you arrive
Your one-time $49 clinical onboarding and medical history review is already complete, so your provider has read your record.
In the room
Vitals and a physical exam, the reason for the visit, medication review, and time for the questions you wrote down and normally don't get to ask.
A plan in plain language
Labs or imaging at member pricing when needed (see labs & imaging savings), referrals when specialty care is right, and clear next steps.
After the visit
Follow-up questions go through unlimited 24/7 virtual care instead of waiting for another appointment.
What we handle in person
Preventive and wellness visits
Annual and wellness visits, screening planning, vitals, and lab work reviewed with you rather than posted to a portal.
Chronic condition management
Blood pressure, cholesterol, prediabetes and thyroid conditions followed with in-person checks and medication adjustment over time.
Sick visits that need an exam
Symptoms where listening to lungs, looking in ears or in-office testing changes the answer.
Physicals and forms
School, sports and employment physicals for members 13 and older, done without a three-week wait.
Medication review
A real look at everything you take, including whether each one still earns its place.
Referrals and coordination
When specialty care is needed, you get a referral and someone who helps make sense of what the specialist says.
Local in-person Presence primary care is for ages 13 and older. Children under 13 have pediatric virtual care and referral to participating pediatric partners — see family membership. Appointment availability varies. Presence is not an emergency service; call 911 for emergencies.
What local care costs
Every Presence membership opens the door to in-person primary care rather than treating it as an upsell. On Virtual Family Care, in-office visits are $129 each. Virtual + Local In-Office Care includes two in-office visits per membership year and then $99 each. Individual Unlimited and Family Unlimited include unlimited medically appropriate local visits with no per-visit charge.

Who drives to us
The practice serves the north Tarrant County corridor most heavily — members come from Fort Worth, North Fort Worth, Haslet, Keller, Southlake, Colleyville and the surrounding DFW area. If the drive doesn't make sense for you, virtual primary care can carry most of the relationship.

How do I schedule an in-person visit?
Call 817-900-6368 or ask during a virtual visit. Appointment availability varies, and urgent needs are triaged first.
Will I see the same provider each time?
Yes — that is the point of the local relationship. Continuity is what makes the record useful rather than decorative.
Do I have to be a member?
A one-time in-person visit is $149 without membership. Most people find membership cheaper by the second visit, and it includes unlimited virtual care.
What if I need labs?
Labs are available at member pricing through participating partners. Savings vary by test and facility — details on labs & imaging savings.
Can you be my primary care provider of record?
Yes. Members use Presence as their primary care home, including preventive care, chronic condition management and referrals.
Is membership insurance?
No. It is a healthcare membership that does not cover hospital, emergency or specialty costs. Keep coverage for those.
