On Virtual Family Care ($19.99) local in-office visits are $129 each. Virtual + Local In-Office Care ($29.99) includes two a year, then $99 each. Unlimited plans include medically appropriate local visits.

Do you treat anxiety and depression?
Common mental health concerns are part of adult primary care here, including medication management when appropriate, with referral to specialty mental health care when that is the better fit.
Can you do my work or sports physical?
Yes, for members 13 and older, at the North Richland Hills practice. Call to schedule; appointment availability varies.
Is 13 really the minimum age for in-person care?
For in-person Presence primary care, yes. Children under 13 receive unlimited pediatric virtual care on household plans and referral to participating pediatric partners — see family membership.
What does it cost?
Local adult primary care is $129 per visit on Virtual Family Care, included twice annually then $99 on the $29.99 plan, and carries no per-visit charge on Unlimited plans. All terms are on pricing.
