No. Presence membership is a healthcare membership, not health insurance, and it does not replace coverage for hospitalization, emergencies or specialty care. Most individual members keep a plan for catastrophic costs and use Presence for everyday care.
What exactly does the $19.99 include?

What is the $49 onboarding fee?

Can I use it if I travel or move within Texas?
Virtual care travels with you. In-person Presence visits are at the Fort Worth-area practice, so members outside driving range typically use virtual primary care as their main relationship.
