Our virtual operating base

Presence operates its virtual-care side from Haslet, serving the Northwest Fort Worth corridor, Texas and eligible national household members. Haslet is not a walk-in clinic or patient office, and no Haslet address is presented for in-person care.

Our practice location

Presence has one office: North Richland Hills, in northeast Tarrant County. Every in-office visit is scheduled there by appointment — a one-time visit is $149 without a membership. We do not list offices we do not have.

The two areas we build care around

Two parts of the metroplex do most of the work. North Richland Hills and the Mid-Cities are where the office is, so Watauga, Richland Hills, Haltom City, Hurst, Bedford and Euless households are the shortest drive. The Haslet and Northwest Fort Worth corridor — Haslet, Avondale, Justin, Northlake, New Fairview, with Roanoke, Saginaw, Azle and the Alliance area alongside it, and Rhome, Newark and Boyd just past the county line — is where the drive to any clinic is longest, which is exactly where 24/7 virtual care earns its keep. There is no Presence office in any of those communities, and we do not claim one.
