What Presence covers in Dallas-Fort Worth
Dallas-Fort Worth members can use both virtual and in-person care. In-person visits happen at our practice in North Richland Hills. We do not operate offices across the metroplex, and we do not list locations we do not have. If you live on the Dallas side, plan on Presence being a virtual membership unless you are willing to drive west for in-person visits.

Why this page exists: DFW is two healthcare markets sharing one airport. This page exists to say plainly which half of Presence reaches which side of the metroplex, so nobody joins expecting a clinic that isn't there.
Healthcare access in Dallas-Fort Worth, specifically
Dallas-Fort Worth is one of the largest metro areas in the country and one of the least uniform. Care that is a ten-minute errand in one suburb is a forty-minute commitment two exits away, and the cheapest after-hours option in most of the metroplex is still a freestanding ER that bills like a hospital.

How different DFW households use the same membership
The plan you pick usually depends less on your zip code than on how far you are from the Fort Worth practice and how often you actually want to be examined in person.
- Fort Worth, Haslet, Keller, Southlake and north Tarrant households typically use both halves — virtual for the everyday, local for physicals and hands-on visits.

Presence is a healthcare membership, not insurance. It does not cover hospital stays, surgery, specialist care, emergency treatment or imaging facility fees. Most members keep a health plan for those and use Presence for access.
Presence does not provide emergency care. For a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department.

It is if the value you want is 24/7 access, ongoing virtual primary care and member pricing on labs and medications. If your priority is a local in-person provider on the Dallas side, Presence is not the right fit today.
