Is the family membership available in my state?

Yes. Whole Family Virtual Care operates nationwide across all 50 states, including Alaska and Hawaii.

That coverage belongs to the network membership. Presence clinician-led care is a separate thing, limited to the states where our provider is licensed.

Limits: Nationwide coverage never implies nationwide Presence in-person or DPC availability.

The nearest clinic is an hour away. Does virtual care help?

Considerably. Most of what forces the drive — the assessment, the refill, the result review, the order for testing — can happen without it.

Labs and imaging can be ordered at a facility near you at member pricing, and prescriptions sent to your local pharmacy. What still requires the drive is any examination or procedure, and you will be told that early.

Limits: Distance makes red flags more important, not less: severe symptoms need the nearest emergency department.

Can I use this while travelling?

It depends where you physically are. Licensure follows your location, so Presence care applies where our provider is licensed; the Whole Family network covers all 50 states.

Outside the United States, neither pathway is a substitute for local care, and prescriptions generally cannot be filled abroad.

Where can I be seen in person?

In-person care is available in Dallas–Fort Worth, at $99 for a member visit. Illinois in-person care happens on quarterly Care Days, dates to be announced.
