Children are included, without a Presence age cutoff
Presence does not impose a pediatric age limit on this membership. Network clinicians treat the ages and the concerns they judge clinically appropriate for a virtual visit, and they redirect or refer when a child needs a different level or type of care — an in-person exam, a pediatric specialist, or emergency care.
What virtual care handles well for kids
Everyday illness questions, rashes, sore throats, ear complaints, colds and coughs, stomach upsets, medication questions, and deciding whether a child needs to be seen in person.
What it will not do
It does not replace a hands-on exam, imaging, stitches, immunisations or emergency care, and no clinician can promise a prescription in advance of the visit.
This is also the pathway for younger children in Texas. Presence clinician-led care — one-time visits and local primary care with our nurse practitioner — is for ages 13 and older. A single urgent visit solves one night. Continuity is what keeps the next problem from starting from zero, and a household membership changes three practical things.

Every member of the household uses the same membership, so nobody is deciding whether a concern is worth paying for that night.
History that stays available
Visits made through the membership are recorded in the same account, so previous concerns and medications are available to the clinician taking the next visit, to the extent the platform records them.
Access all year
The membership runs continuously, so care is already in place at the moment you need it — including the hours when your other options are a waiting room.
One honest limit: this is a clinician network, so we do not promise the same clinician every time. If seeing the same provider on purpose matters to you, that is what membership primary care with Presence is for, and the two can be held together.
How this differs from everything else we offer
Not insurance, not Medicare
A self-pay membership with a known monthly price. Insurance and Medicare have their own networks, cost sharing and verification, handled separately.
Not Presence clinician care
Whole Family Virtual Care is delivered by network clinicians. Presence clinician care — local primary care and one-time visits in DFW, ages 13+ — is a separate service with a named nurse practitioner.
Not local direct primary care
Membership primary care with Presence is a relationship with one provider, including in-person visits and labs. This membership is household virtual access.
Not emergency care
Chest pain, trouble breathing, stroke symptoms, severe bleeding or thoughts of self-harm are emergencies. Call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department.

Who counts as my household?
The people living at your address — you, a spouse or partner, and the children living with you. The $19.99 monthly price covers the household rather than charging per person.
Are children really included?
Yes. Presence sets no pediatric age cutoff on this membership. Network clinicians treat the ages and concerns they judge clinically appropriate by video or phone and refer when a child needs in-person, specialty or emergency care.
What happens if the clinician says we need to be seen in person?
You are given a clear next step rather than left at a dead end: in-person care, imaging, a specialist referral, or emergency services when the situation calls for it. The membership is designed to route you, not to keep you on a screen.
What does 24/7/365 actually mean?
You can request a visit at any hour, on any day of the year, including nights, weekends and holidays. Individual wait times vary with demand and with the state you are located in.
Is the $39.99 registration fee charged every year?
No. It is a one-time household registration fee charged at enrollment, separate from the $19.99 monthly membership.
What is the commitment, and does it renew?
A 12-month commitment, billed monthly, which then automatically renews. The terms are presented before enrollment is completed.
Are there copays?
There are no copays for covered services within this self-pay membership. Anything outside what the membership covers — labs, imaging, in-person care — is quoted separately, and insurance or Medicare cost sharing is a different matter entirely.
