What is and is not included
- No copays for membership-covered care — Applies to services covered by the self-pay Whole Family membership only — never to care billed through insurance or Medicare.
- Everyone in the household is covered, at any hour, in all 50 states, including alaska and hawaii, through the network of licensed clinicians.
- Presence in-person primary care is separate, is available in Dallas–Fort Worth, and is for ages 13+.
- Membership is not insurance and does not cover hospital, surgical, specialist or emergency care.
- In an emergency call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department.
