Every plan is billed monthly on a 12-month commitment. Local visits are $129 each on Virtual Family Care, included twice annually then $99 each on Virtual + Local In-Office Care, and have no per-visit charge on Unlimited plans. A one-time $49 clinical onboarding review is completed before a first in-person visit. Membership is not insurance and does not cover hospital, surgical, specialist or emergency care. X-ray, ultrasound, CT and MRI through participating imaging partners may run dramatically below typical hospital billed pricing. Savings vary by study, facility and location and are not guaranteed for any individual study.
Prescriptions get priced before they are sent
Many common and maintenance medications are available at partner pharmacy pricing where available, and your provider can tell you the cost first.
Eligible programs, where clinically appropriate
Specialty programs such as specialty programs may be available where eligible, clinically appropriate and permitted by law. Program fees are separate from membership.

Is a virtual visit available right now?
Member virtual access is 24/7/365 — including nights, weekends and holidays. Call 817-900-6368 to get care now. This is virtual access; it is not a clinic that is physically open around the clock.
Can I use this in any state?
Virtual visits are provided where Presence providers are licensed, which today centers on Texas and Illinois. Tell us where you live and we will confirm before you join rather than after.
How many people does a family membership cover?
The couple/family virtual plan covers a household; Family Unlimited covers up to five members. Details are on membership and pricing.
Is this a replacement for insurance?
No. Presence is a healthcare membership, not insurance. It does not cover hospital, surgical, emergency or specialty costs. Many members pair it with a high-deductible or catastrophic plan.
Can children use it?
Household virtual memberships include children. Local in-person Presence primary care is for ages 13 and up.
