How does the Refer 3, Get a Year Free launch offer work?
During the On Point Care launch period, when three people you refer enroll and complete their first paid month at the same time as an active membership of your own, your membership dues are covered for the following 12 months. Each referral must use your referral code at enrollment and must be a new Presence member. Referral credit begins after the third referral's first paid month clears and applies to dues only — it does not cover separately priced specialty programs, labs, imaging, medications or the one-time onboarding fee. Offer is limited, may be modified or ended at any time, and cannot be combined with other promotional pricing.

Programs may be available for the member, a spouse or partner, or other eligible household members. Specialty programs are separately priced and subject to clinical evaluation and eligibility.
Is this health insurance?
No. Presence membership is not health insurance and is not a substitute for it. Membership does not cover emergency care, hospitalization or specialist care outside Presence. For a medical emergency, call 911.
