The short answer
Yes. Every setting in Dallas–Fort Worth will see a self-pay patient. What changes without insurance is that you are responsible for the whole price, so the price needs to be knowable before the visit rather than after it.

Call and describe the problem. If a virtual visit cannot help you, we will say so and point you to the right setting instead of taking the booking.
Choose one visit or a membership
One-time virtual care starts at Quick Care from $19.99, with a $39 phone visit, $49 video visit and $69 extended video visit. A one-time in-office visit at our North Richland Hills practice is $149 for ages 13 and older.
Be seen by a licensed provider
Presence visits are delivered by licensed providers, including a board-certified Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner. You can read about your provider.
Keep the relationship if it helps
Household membership is $19.99 a month for unlimited virtual care for everyone in the home, with local in-office visits at $129 each, or $29.99 a month which includes two local in-office visits per membership year for the household and $99 for each additional local visit.
Being clear about the limits
- No visit guarantees a prescription, a note or a referral — those follow a clinical finding.
- Membership is not insurance and does not cover hospital, surgical, specialist or emergency care.
- In-office care at Presence is for ages 13 and older; children 12 and under are cared for virtually on a household membership.
- We cannot confirm payer or Medicare participation beyond what is published on insurance and Medicare information.
