This is a healthcare membership, not insurance, and it should not be sold as a replacement for catastrophic protection. A membership handles everyday and ongoing care extremely well. It does not pay for a hospital admission, a surgery or an emergency room visit.

No. It is a healthcare membership covering the care Presence provides plus member pricing through partners. It is not insurance and does not pay hospital or specialty costs.
Can I write it off as a business expense?
That depends on your tax situation and how you file. Ask your accountant — we do not give tax advice.
Can I add my spouse and kids?
Yes. Virtual Family Care at $19.99/month and Virtual + Local In-Office Care at $29.99/month both cover the household. Family Unlimited covers up to five, plus $29 per additional child after five.
What if my income is irregular?
Memberships have a 12-month commitment billed monthly and continue month to month afterward. Full renewal and cancellation terms are provided before enrollment.
