What is the difference between a one-time visit and a membership?
A one-time visit solves today: $39 by phone, $49 by video, or $149 in person, with no ongoing commitment. Membership starts at $19.99/mo and includes unlimited 24/7 virtual care plus member pricing on labs, imaging and medications, with in-person visits at the $99 member rate.
Is there an age limit?
Presence clinician-led care — one-time visits and local primary care — is for ages 13 and older. Virtual care for children under 13 runs through the Whole Family Virtual Care membership and its clinician network.
Do you take my insurance or Medicare?
Membership dues are a private fee and are never billed to a plan. Separately, insurance options available; coverage and in-network status vary by plan and must be verified before the visit. Medicare patients are welcome; membership is paid privately. Original Medicare and Medicare Advantage differ and must be verified plan by plan.
Where can I be seen in person?
In-person Presence primary care is in the Dallas–Fort Worth area as available. Virtual care is for eligible patients located in Texas or Illinois. Quarterly Care Days — about once every three months, four times a year. Dates announced once scheduled.
Does the router decide what is wrong with me?
No. It never asks about symptoms and it cannot diagnose. It matches you to a service based on age, payment and location, and it stops at the emergency question if anything on that list applies.
